Working out correctly and effectively can help relate personal fulfillment and success! As a personal trainer I understand the necessity of ‘muscle confusion’ for all my clients. Muscle confusion is created my ‘switching up’ your routines, A lot of people in gyms or at their home tend to do the same thing over and over and stop seeing results and become discouraged. That’s exactly what happened to me. Once I learned that I had to switch up my routines week after week, I realized I had wasted 10 months in the gym. In 6 weeks my body was ‘melting and transforming’ and I wanted to stick to this program. I was not afraid to work out, I just wanted to work out correctly so that I saw and felt the results.

 

You’ve heard the saying, if you don’t like the results you are getting, then change the behavior that produces those results. Understanding and developing a strategy to obtain the success you desire is vital. Working with a world-class, Personal Trainer that has lived most of her life as an obese child, teenager, and adult will show you that YOU CAN BE HEALTHY. Its not a number on a scale, it’s the way you feel in your own skin.

 

Working out with weights creates confidence and allows YOU to take control and change your body shape. Wight/Resistance Training also increases your metabolism, increases your bone mass (yes, as we age we lose that), can decrease your blood pressure, decrease your chances of type 2 diabetes or help you decrease or end all together the need for medicine to control your diabetes.
